Luck or unlucky?

I never have really thought about my luck before. I don't find myself as a lucky or unlucky person, nor do I entirely believe in it. I think everything happens for some reason. But I do find myself knocking on wood all the time =P Maybe I just do it as a social thing. I don't know how to explain it, like because everyone else does, it's just what everyone does and understands. But after reading what Mr. Humphrey wrote i realize how silly it really is. Sometimes i think having luck would be pretty nice. Like a lucky necklace or something. It would really help in some situations. Such a s last week. (I'm pretty sure I knocked on wood about this too) haha. I said "Wow, sure glad I'm not sick yet, knock on wood." rap-tap-tap Guess what I got sick (hence the reasons for my absences) There, to me, is no proof of luck since my knocking on wood didn't work!! cough, cough. Anyways, I'm not really sure what else to say about superstitions except I'm not a huge believer in them, but find them interesting (especially to observe lol)
