The "Idea" of Luck

Luck is just an idea, conjured by man to explain probability. The idea of a supernatural force, making things go your way is preposterous... I guess. The only real reason I don't believe in it is because I would be an unlucky person, and without luck, my title is "recipient of a series of unfortunate events", and I enjoi that.
