When thinking of this question I thought about Robert Jordan. The reason I though of Robert Jordan is that when reading his books, lies, deceit, the truth or half-truth, they all matter intensely to the plot of the books and the outcome of events.
In a way, well, it always depends on the situation, but, in a way neither telling the whole truth or an outright lie is always best, but in my personal experience, telling others the Truth if not all, but some, has always benefited everyone involved more that lying has. I try not to lie, but if I must, I will.

  2. I was wondering what constitutes "must" sometimes I feel like I HAVE to lie but if i sit back and think about it the truth usually would have been better I was just wondering what that "must" is for you.

  3. I saw your post Mr. Humphrey(Awesome and said much better than I dis).

Michaela, the must for me is mostly trivial things, did you do your homework? I would say yes, because one if I didn't my parents would start yelling at me and stressing because I didn't do it, and two because its just all around easier. I also lie to protect myself from questions I don't want to answer, although sometimes its really easy to see that im lying.

  4. What kind of questions don't you want to answer, and why don't you want to answer them?
