Topic #12: Who is responsible?

A person is responsible for his or her own actions. Unless:
*The person is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

I disagree with this. You still know wht you're doing if you're drunk or high. And it's your fault for getting dunk/high.

*The person is temporarily or permanently insane according to the legal definition.

Agreed.
*The person was coerced by another person.

No one can "make" you do something.

*The person is under 18 years of age

If a 13 year old killed someone, i'm pretty sure they knew it was bad and illegal.

As for the guy that got stabbed, I think it was mostly the stabbers fault. But also, all the people that just walked by. Someone could have at least called the police. The person that picked the man up, why? What was the point of that? He definitaly could have done something. People are stupid.
