The Responsibility Is Our Own.

I honestly feel that it is each person's OWN responsibility for their actions. Blaming others is a bunch of bull crap. People need to take responsibility for the things that they do, good or bad. I do disagree with the law that says that if your under 18 your aren't able to be responsible for yourself. I'm 16 and completely aware of the fact that I can't blame other people for my mistakes and I'm pretty damn sure I know the difference between right and wrong.
