i think you are resposeable no matter what you did the drugs or the alcahol. You did every thing no matter what it is if you are an accomplance you are partly responible becase you helped. sop no matter how you look at it most of time you are somewhat responsible. The people are partly responsable for that mans death he might have been saved by the paramedics had someone called 911. but no one did so whos to say.
