responsibility

i fell like all of those "legal" reasons are just excuses people make so they don't have to blame themselves for their actions. i mean unless drugged without knowledge, you are responsible for taking said drugs and messing up while on them. i don't know the exact science of it but there is a certain age where the human brain is developed as a child, this is when the child is capable of doing things adults are. for instance murder. if you fuck up, you have yourself to blame and no one else. that's my opinion
