Responsibility

I believe the person is still responsible for his/her actions even if he/she is under the influence. Though it would be nice for a person to escort them around while non-sober, they chose to be non-sober & they usually know the effects. If a person is insane... well, I it depends? If a person was coerced.. still their responsibility unless its like a "chose this or die" situation then maybe. If the person is old enough to know better then yes.. their responsibility.
