I agree with most of those reasons except the one about drugs and alcohol. I believe that since they knew they were doing drugs or drinking alcohol they should be under full responsibility of what happens while under the influence. They are the ones that got themselves under the influence so they should be responsible. If you are driving under the influence they dont just say "oh its ok you were drunk sorry we didnt know" you get in trouble so why not for other things you should be fully responsible unless its a prescription drug that you were taking correct doses of.
