#12 little late

i believe that people should be responsible for themselves at the age of sixteen. only because by this time they have lived long enough to become responsible in our eyes to drive a metal death trap. they should be old enough to realize what is morally wrong and right. but this is all coming from an "unresponsible" fifteen year old, so thats just my point of view.
