Sports.... 'lil late
Okay I think that sports are a GOOD thing! The only negative things I see in them are over competition and pressure, and possible injuries. Other than that sports are workouts (healthy for your body), self esteem and confidence builders, and often times team work. My favorite sports are swimming, basketball and track. Swimming is like thearapy to me. I love it! I can get in the water and leave all my problems are worries on the deck. I can work super hard and keep going, it's great. It feels so good to swim. Basketball is just exciting! I enjoy watching and playing. I like to figure out plays and play defense. Im always thrilled when things work out perfectly, like passes and scoring. Track is also great. There are several events! My favorite are the hurtles. All I can say is I'm relieved when I cross the finish line and see I completed the race haha. But that was mostly middle school. I think that sports are a good thing because they can make people happy and feel good. Anything that is posivite for the physical body, enjoyable and fun to do or watch can only be a good thing=D

YEA! :) Rachel is totally right.. Hurdles is pretty much the most amazing race in track, and it feels so good to cross the finish line after 300m hurdles! Let me tell ya, it is so freaking hard! lol
