So the semester is finally over, and since I'm so used to always having homework to do, I kind of feel like ripping my hair out. There is absolutely no homework to be done. That seems somehow unfathomable to me. So, as a last resort I will pretend there is blogging I must do, although coincidentally this week, there is none. Figures. No matter, I feel better by doing this already.
So, I just finished reading your blog on the amazing and stupendous "Mt. Saint Helens" (quotes coming into play because we are of course talking of the wonderful new "art" piece just recently added to this lovely town, and not the actual mountain.) And may I just say, thank you.
Of course one thing led to another me being a fan of reading others' blogs I kept on reading. And after reading a few burns on unsuspecting moronic people encountered in your life (though, they did seem pretty deserved) the conclusion I came to is this. I told myself: "Amanda, make a mental note now, never to act dumb enough to end up in this blog." Now that I have a standard to set myself to, may I thank you again. However seeing as when in doubt, books I read seem to articulate better then I myself can, I will let Bastian speak. (Bastian from The Neverending Story of course) "All children aren't like that". Well, at least I hope they're not, or boy do we have a sad next generation in the making.
Oh yes, and this is the rant part of this blog. Why is it, that every time I type the word "aren't" or "wouldn't" It underlines it in red? I wouldn't know considering the word is spelled correctly to my knowledge! But how I loathe that red line!
Well, that seems to have summed it all up. Until I blog again.

First: thank you for the compliments. Second: I wouldn't worry too much about being dumb enough to enp up on my blog, as long as you don't drop out and start smoking meth. Third: I know all children aren't like that, but what fun would it be to blog about the good ones? Actually, I do plan to do a positive blog, but I'm not sure when. Fourth: good refernce; I love The Neverending Story.
ReplyDeleteFifth: it untderlines "aren't" and "wouldn't" because it's stupid.
