thankful for thanksgiving

Personally, I am a big fan of thanks giving. Between it and Cristmas, it is the only time that the family puts aside thier differances and acts like a seni-functional family:). And thanks to my aunts sothern origions, the food is amazing... And soaked in butter.

Food, turkey, old people.....

I love turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy. what else can I say? I don't eat that much though... I never really have. I eat enought to sustain me, but I never gorge my self. I don't starve my self before hand either. I suppose when I eat a lot I look... how you say.. like a teenage boy. I also feel carnivorous when I eat, because I tear at my food and scarf it down.

I heat sweet potatoes and squash. Or anything that my mother says "tastes like candy". Including corn... I loath that stuff... blah..

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is oh so special to me. It IS the one time in the year were i can see my hole family (my favorite side/my moms side). They live in a little/hick town called la grande, and its ironic, because half of them are the most liberal people i have ever know; minus my grandfather Ron Nash and my lovely grandmother Peggy (Both are the most racist, republican people i will ever know, and i love them even more because of it)
I mean there is nothing like sitting around a Massive table with people you sit with once a year, and you You listen to my granddad say grace and digging in to the most delicious food one the planet. Mountains of mas potatoes, turkeys that are hunted down and smoked for a day. and the gravvvvvvvvvvvvvyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
OMG I LOVE GRAVY. nothing is better than my mums/grandma's, Turkey gravy. Thank the maker for GRAVY

food

I love food! I am a picky eater though. I don't like anything with hamburger or fish. Yuck. I do however, love bread. It's the best food in the world. So, rolls are the best part of thanksgiving.

I LOVE food and i eat wayyyy too much of it although on thanksiving i tend not to be hungry which is odd. I usually have my dinner around 3 am YUM! My favorite is probably the pie (duh) or rolls yummy. :)

Thanksgiving

I love thanksgiving personally. But i HATE stuffing! It is soggy bread and its gross. But im happy this year because i get 2 thanksgivings. :)

Food? >.>

Uh...  

Favorites:

• Anything junky, obviously
• Salad
• Fruit
• etc...

DISGUSTING:

• Any type of spinach that is NOT in spinach salad
• Stir fry. That's just a yuck.
• Most types of salami. It's really hard to find GOOD salami.
• That fancy fruit-cheese crap that tastes like curdled... all milk products you could possibly think of mushed together into one big ball plus a heaping helping of mold.

Good stories? Not particularly. Nothing that I can remember at the moment, anyway.

As for Thanksgiving, we always get amazing food, unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of turkey. I prefer ham, but my mom is cooking, and she'll probably make turkey instead.

As for stuffing, I've tried it, like, every Thanksgiving, and I still hate it! I don't get why it's so gross...
