Health Care Debate=Confused Me.

First off, I don't understand politics too well, and I'm not a big debater on these type of subjects.I read a little of the stories about the health care reform which made me puzzled, because I didn't know much of what they were talking about. 

I think a big problem will be the people who can't afford health care or the ones who don't have a steady job(not trying to sound like I'm blaming them.) Also the economy is getting flushed down the toilet right now, and the government trying to afford the health care reform sounds like another stress bomb on the U.S. But what else is there to do?
